What do we offer?
Romance Cartel is an Exclusive & Special Edition Book Box service that offers both limited pre-order book boxes and monthly & bi-monthly subscription book boxes which feature your favourite dark, taboo, paranormal, fantasy & contemporary romance.
Our boxes include custom swag items themed to the featured book and at times NSFW art.
Literati Monthly Subscription
Our Literati subscription box is a monthly sub that features Contemporary romance across all genres that may contain darkish themes at time.
Enchantasy Bi-Monthly Subsciption
Our Enchantasy subscription box is a b-monthly sub and features paranormal, fantasy & retelling romance stories. Some stores may contain darkish themes.
How much do our subscription boxes cost?
The monthly Literati Subscription is $60.00AUD plus shipping. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the 1st of every month. We also offer a 3-month pre-purchase option.
The Enchantasy subscription is $60.00AUD plus shipping. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the 15th of every 2nd month with the first month starting in July 2024.
Do we offer international shipping?
Yes we do. Romance Cartel is an Australian based business so shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the box and destination Country and rates are available at checkout.
We are excited to be able to offer the cheapest international shipping rates available for our international customers. We have most Countries available on our website, however, if your Country is not listed, please contact us at romancecartel@gmail.com and we will look into whether we are able to ship to your Country.
Please note that all customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment options
All major credit cards are accepted as well as Paypal, ShopPay, and Pay-in-4 with Klarna.
Shipping Times
Pre-order boxes are shipped 10-12 weeks after the closing of the pre-order unless otherwise stated.
The Literati monthly subscription box ships at the end of each month, subject to receiving the books from our printer.
The Enchantasy bi-monthly subscription box ships by the end of the second month, subject to receiving the books from our printer.
As we are based in Australia, once the boxes leave our warehouse, we have no control on the international shipping times. You will receive tracking information for your order.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your items were damaged during shipping, please email our team at romancecartel@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your item. Please also include photos of the damage where possible to assist out team in resolving the matter promptly.
Skips & Cancellations – Literati & Enchantasy Subscriptions
You are allowed 2 skips per calendar year. You can manage your skips and account profile in your customer portal.
Skips are to be processed by no later than the 22nd of each month in the customer portal.
Whilst we hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. You can always re-join the waitlist if you wish to start receiving the Literati subscription again.
