- Slightly dented/crushed corners less than 1cm
- Wavy pages
- Slight page bleeding
- General wear & tear from reader use
For Australian and New Zealand customers, if it is deemed your item is eligible for an exchange or refund, all items must be returned to us prior to a replacement being sent or refund being processed. We will provide you with return shipping label via email.
