Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

  1. Your Right To Cancel
    If you are a customer residing in the European Union and have purchase products from our online store, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

    The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the final product of your order is delivered.

  2. How to Exercise Your Right to Withdrawal
    To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel by using the Right of Withdrawal feature available in your customer portal. The withdrawal request myst be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your request, we will acknowledge your withdrawal and provide any necessary return instructions. 

  3. Returning your Order
    Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you must return the product/s to us no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of you withdrawal.

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties and taxes that may be applicable. 

    We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for items being lost during transit. 

  4. Refunds
    Once we receive the returned products, or evidence that the goods have been returned, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. 

    We will refund:-
    - The purchase price of the products less a 3% restocking fee;
    - The original standard delivery charge paid by you (where applicable).

  5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:-
    - Custom-made or personalised products.
    - Goods made to the customer's specifications.
    - Sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. 
    - Digital products that been downloaded or accessed with the customer's prior consent. 
    - Other products exempt under applicable EU customer protection laws.

  6. Faulty or Incorrect items
    This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.
